Bows instantly put a smile on my face. They are fun, feminine and so darn cute that they instantly make any occasion a hundred times more exciting. I've been wanting to experiment with using scarves to tie bows, so today I had a go. The fabric wasn't ideal as my bow tended to sag a tad, but overall it made my day that bit brighter. What's your item that instantly brightens your day? I'd love to hear them, so I can create a 'list' of sorts to experiment with! x

I love bows too. I'm in the process of making some to shuzz up a sweater. Good idea with the scarf though! I might have to try it too with a cotton scarf.
